Psoriasis exercise: Healthy Lifestyle secrets for staying young forever!

Early Mornings should be dedicated to some form of workouts. Especially for individuals who suffer from some such condition like Psoriasis. In this post, we discuss every concern that a layman reason for not working out.

1.) Go to sleep early preferably 9.00 PM: If you are awake till late, waking up early will be a struggle. Also my 9 PM to 12 PM sleep cycles are way deeper and better quality than when I used to sleep between 11.00 and 12.00.

2.) Waking up is a struggle: This one is true. You will need to Alarm / Alarm / Alarm. I keep 3 alarms. 5.45, 6.00 and 6.15. This ensures that I wake up by 6.30. I take around an hour lazing around. So this would ensure that I am ready to work out by 7.30.

One Caution, Dont keep alarms at 4.00 AMs If you struggle to wake up early. Let It happen naturally If you go to sleep at 9:00 PM.

3.) Bed Yoga: Some of us struggle with morning fatigue/ brain fog at times. 5-10 mins of breathing exercises and stretching in bed can light you up and make you ready to increase your consciousness. Nothing better than Yoga to keep your brain and body young at every age.

4.) No Morning News: Nothing good comes out of stressing yourself out with political news. This is a habit I am trying to give up.

5.) Workout 15 mins daily: Do not stress yourself with very long workouts. Small Intense 15 mins spurts are all that one needs. Make it as intense as possible. Even If you walk to the gym and come back, its OK some days. but make gym the first morning priority everyday. Remind yourself the following every morning. Better yet, paste this somewhere you can read often.

“15 mins swim: There is nothing better you will do Today”

I am 10x more productive at work when I work out.

Intense workouts > Tedious long duration ones.

Cultivate morning discipline for a consciousness that stays young at any Age!
